Carole has built RMS into a leading Recruitment and HR Specialist company with 10 offices strategically located throughout the UK. With the rapid growth of RMS throughout the years it shows how determined and focused Carole is to achieve her goals. Every opportunity there is to develop the business Carole takes a very strategic and intricate approach with involvement at every stage.
