At RMS we believe the driving force of our success is our employees and investing in them is an important part of creating an engaged and committed workforce. We ensure we are developing our staff and increasing their potential to fulfil their own and RMS’ objectives. To encompass this, we have two of our permanent consultants partaking in courses to further develop their career and to invest in the future of RMS.
Andrew Walker who has now been with us two years as a perm consultant specialising in technical placements has now started his Level 3 in Recruitment Consultancy.
Andrew has shown great initiative within the last two years therefore we found it paramount to invest in his professional development. The qualification will provide Andrew with routes for progression into a number of more senior roles and further qualifications, also gaining a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment. Once achieved he will be eligible for professional registration of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.
As part of our development programme for employees we have enrolled Adam Pearson, who is also a permanent consultant specialising in Engineering placements onto the Level 5 in Operations/Departmental Management Apprenticeship. This course is aimed at those who are able to manage teams and/or projects and have responsibility for planning, delivering and achieving departmental goals and objectives.
Adam has been with us just over a year and a half, with 4 years’ recruitment experience within the industry covering temporary, permanent and business development he has shown passion and drive to further develop his role within RMS. To build relationships not only within the company but to gain knowledge in operational and project management.
Adam and Andrew have shown great loyalty, commitment and spectacular work ethic for RMS and have demonstrated great performance. They are a great asset to the RMS team and hope they continue to grow and develop after the completion of their courses.
