Huge Congratulations go to Rhianne Bertie, who recently graduated with her Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management. Well done Rhianne!!

HR Advisor Rhianne, based in Halewood, has been working hard towards her qualification for the past year which consisted of a full CIPD qualification along with collecting relevant evidence to meet the specific learning outcomes for skills, knowledge and behaviours.  Gaining these qualifications has enabled Rhianne to become an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

With the Level 5 qualification firmly under her belt, Rhianne has already taking on her next challenge, which is the Level 7 qualification – the highest CIPD level available. This next stage of her training will take two years, but she is sure that it will be a huge benefit.
