Great news! The UK labour market is growing, and the employment rate has now reached 75.7%.

Vacancies have declined almost 25% since last year but remain above 1 million.

Employer confidence for hiring is still strong at 57% – the highest since 2021.

And demand for talent remains high in certain areas including engineering and manufacturing.
