Rob Colgrave’s well-deserved promotion to Recruitment Manager.

Rob started his career at RMS as a recruitment consultant. He focused on finding talented
individuals and building relationships. Right from the start, Rob showed a strong interest in
matching people with jobs that suited their goals, and their clients’ needs.

His professional attitude, coupled with his ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients
and colleagues alike, has made him a great asset to the team. His promotion is not only a

joining the team in 2020, Rob has consistently shown dedication and commitment.
