RMS is partnering with a leading automotive logistics client, and we’re on the lookout for a Customer Account Coordinator to join their dynamic admin team. About the Role:
- Location: Corby
- Position: Customer Account Coordinator
- Type: Permanent
- Hours: 37.5 per week | Monday – Friday | Day Shift (7 AM – 5 PM)
- Salary: £14.10 per hour
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the go-to contact for customer inquiries and concerns
- Deliver top-tier customer service, ensuring smooth issue resolution
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service
- Maintain accurate records and reports on customer feedback and trends
- Identify areas for improvement and drive customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service or admin experience (Logistics/Automotive industry preferred!)
- Tech-savvy – Microsoft Office & CRM knowledge is a plus!
- Excellent communicator – both written and verbal
- Problem-solving pro with a keen eye for detail
