We are delighted to announce that Carole Martin has been shortlisted in the Best of Darlington awards for Entrepreneurial Spirit.  RMS was established in 2000 by Carole, who demonstrated a true passion for people by building a reputable recruitment company offering great service from nothing.  Carole soon realised there was a gap in the market for an “all round” company offering recruitment and outsourced HR services to clients; today Carole has developed RMS into a leading recruitment and HR Company with 10 offices strategically located throughout the UK.

Carole has been the driving force of RMS with her passion and positivity, and has managed to obtain numerous contracts with many top clients within the automotive and manufacturing industries.  Its portfolio of clients includes Groupe CAT, Gestamp Tallent, Darlington Borough Council, BCA Vehicle Services, Mech-Tool Engineering and NSK Group.

With the rapid growth of RMS throughout the years it shows how determined and focused Carole is to achieve her goals. Every opportunity there is to develop the business Carole takes a very strategic and intricate approach with involvement at every stage.  Carole sets a fabulous work ethic and example to all of her employees and we are all very excited that she has been shortlisted for this award as it is very much deserved.
