Interesting fact: Carole does a lot of fundraising and has recently completed the amazing achievement of walking the full 190 miles of the ‘Wainwrights Coast 2 Coast’ in just 6 days to raise funds for PTSD Resolution.

Elly joined RMS in November 2010 as an Executive Assistant with 20 years’ experience of working at CEO and board level, working her way up to the Commercial & Data Manager.
An extremely strong and well qualified Executive Assistant, Elly is an invaluable member of the RMS team. Elly works closely with Carole and takes on several tasks at any given time, meaning she is well organised. She is very technically savvy and is often the go to person when it comes to problem solving! Elly is always looking for ways to strategically expand and improve company working techniques, as well as supporting clients with effective insight, analysis and recommendations.
Interesting fact: Elly once featured in the Times Newspaper!
Leon Butt

One of the longest standing members of the team, Leon has been with the business since day one and has been a huge part of developing RMS into what it is today.
Leon has responsibility for Finance, Payroll and IT, as well as being involved in overall executive level operations. As part of the senior management team Leon leads a number of change initiatives and projects within the Finance arena, as well as setting and driving the strategic direction for the company.
Interesting facts: Leon was part of the British Army for 6 years. He is also a keen Golfer and member of Darlington Golf Club.
Nicky Tooke

A professional and knowledgeable HR Manager with over 25 years experience in the Manufacturing and Automotive industries, Nicky joined RMS in November 2010.
Having spent much of her career in the fast paced and demanding Engineering sector, Nicky currently manages our contract at Peterlee. She regularly deals with executive senior management clients and has experience dealing with such things as disciplinaries, grievances, policies, procedures, large recruitment drives and strategic management. Nicky comes from a strong Automotive background having worked for BMW in Thorne for over 6 years.
Interesting fact: With a nickname of ‘Tequila Tooke’, Nicky is a big fan of Tequila!

With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and expanding RMS’s client relationships, Dionne leverages her diverse background to support strategic business growth. Her leadership and commitment to a forces friendly environment make her an invaluable member of the senior management team.
Interesting facts: Dionne’s dream date would be with football legend Ally McCoist! When she’s not fantasising about that, she enjoys wild swimming in subzero temperatures, braving the chill in just a swimming costume!

She holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management, which underpins her expertise in navigating complex employee relations cases, fostering positive workplace cultures, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. As a qualified Mental Health First Aider, she is committed to supporting employee wellbeing and promoting a healthy, inclusive work environment.
Specialising in the full employee lifecycle, she is passionate about empowering stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, and enhancing employee engagement. With expertise in data analysis and reporting, she ensures HR strategies are evidence-based, aligned with business goals, and focused on organisational success.
