Job Opportunity: CNC Setter/Programmer 

Location: Newton Aycliffe, Co. Durham

RMS have partnered with a client who specialises in designing and manufacturing pressure-related components for the Oil & Gas Industry. With a growing order book and exciting expansion plans, they are seeking a skilled CNC Setter/Programmer to join our well-established team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Proficient in setting and programming CNC Lathes (Fanuc Control experience essential)
• Competent in inspecting machined components during machining cycles
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings
• Familiarity with manufacturing route cards
• Skilled in using inspection equipment such as gauges, verniers, micrometers, and bore micrometers
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Work Pattern:

• 5-day week: Monday-Thursday, 07:30–16:00; Friday, 07:30–15:00
• 4-day week option: Monday-Thursday, 07:00–17:15
