• Job Title: Driving Assessor
• Location: Killingholme
• Salary: £14.10 per hour
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, General Day Shift
• Contract: Temp to Perm

About the Role:

As a Driving Assessor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all personnel on site adhere to established driving standards and safety protocols, thereby minimising vehicular accidents and incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for all new staff members, ensuring they are well-versed in driving standards and fully compliant with both company policies and legal mandates.
• Provide existing staff with regular refresher courses on driving standards to maintain and enhance their proficiency and adherence to current regulations.
• Monitor and assess driving performance, offering constructive feedback and implementing tailored improvement plans to foster continuous development.
• Vigilantly patrol the site to enforce speed limits and uphold safety protocols, ensuring a secure environment for all.
• Oversee the expansive 250-acre site, ensuring all driving activities strictly adhere to established safety standards, and promptly address any deviations from protocol.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a clean driving license.
• Proven experience as a driving instructor or assessor, with a strong understanding of driving safety standards.
• Confident and experienced driver with excellent communication skills.
