RMS Recruitment is actively seeking dedicated and skilled Production Operatives for a leading injection moulding company located in Crook. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a role that offers the potential to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Crook
• Position: Production Operative
• Type: Temporary to Permanent Position
• Shift: Monday – Friday (Night Shift 10pm – 6am)
• Salary: £13.80 per hour

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operating multiple injection moulding machines efficiently.
• Engaging in manual handling tasks, including stacking moulds and packaging products according to customer specifications.
• Loading and feeding materials into machinery.
• Accurately completing necessary paperwork to ensure smooth operations.
• Following production schedules
• Adhering to production schedules and working towards meeting set targets.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the factory and work areas to ensure optimal production flow.

About You:

• Previous experience in injection moulding is advantageous, though training will be provided.
•  A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
