£24,000 -£26,500 Basic + Uncapped OTE

We’re a independently owned Employment Business specialising in Recruitment, HR, and Payroll solutions. Our mission? To connect people and opportunities, because we believe that people matter. We’re currently on the lookout for a Talent Delivery Consultant to join our team and play a key role in delivering a first-class candidate experience.

We are now looking for a new Consultant to solely work on the delivery side of the business. Working with live roles and existing clients, within our Recruitment Team,

What does the role entail?

• Full control of roles with clients and candidates
• Negotiating salaries/ benefits and consulting
• You will develop and build existing account relationships by liaising with key clients and hiring managers
• You will source and screen specialist candidates to meet a specific brief
• Placing candidates in temporary and permanent assignments
• Dealing with all client conversations throughout the process.
• Writing adverts / Marketing
• Linkedin – Personal Branding

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 9am – 5pm or 8am – 4pm on Fridays (37.5 hours per week).
• Office-based role with occasional travel to meet client needs.
